Proud supporter of the National Forest Foundation!

 PLANK Eyewear is a proud supporter of the National Forest Foundation’s (NFF) tree planting program, where every dollar donated plants a tree in our National Forests.
The National Forest Foundation works to restore America’s 193-million-acre National Forest System. For every pair of PLANK Eyewear sold, we will contribute a dollar to the NFF to plant a tree in a National Forest.

We are super proud to donate a part of our sales to help the NFF tree planting program. If you can imagine that one tree will create many sunglasses and for every sunglasses we well we will plant one tree. PLANK Eyewear is happy to do our part. 

One of my first jobs as a teenager was planting saplings in the forest. It was a blistering hot sunny day and I learned the valuable lesson of sun block. I am pretty sure I got a 2nd degree burn on my shoulder and got paid maybe 2cents per tree I planted! Lesson learned but something I enjoyed doing. I wish my gardening skills were better though!
